Refund policy

Free Return Service lets you send back eligible items without paying return shipping costs, but it has a strict time window and eligibility rules.

Return window

• For most products, you have 15 days from the date you confirm receipt of your order to request a return or refund

• The clock starts from the actual delivery date.

Most returns are accepted within 14-30 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Submit requests via the My Orders section, select reasons like Wrong Item, and track shipments. Refunds typically process within 3-5 days after seller confirmation.

Swimwear is generally eligible unless it’s damaged or unsuitable for return due to hygiene.
